OfficeSwapBilling & Refund Policy
The short version: joining a team on OfficeSwap is free. Setting up a new organization is a monthly subscription that starts with a 30-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime. This page explains how billing works. It summarizes section 7 of our Terms of Service, which is the binding version if the two ever differ.
1. Who pays
Only the person who sets up a new organization pays. Everyone who joins that organization with its access code uses OfficeSwap for free. Organizations set up before paid plans began aren't charged and have no office limit.
2. Plans
- Starter: up to 19 offices, $299 a month.
- Growth: up to 99 offices, $699 a month.
- Enterprise: 100 or more offices, $1,099 a month.
Prices are in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes. A plan counts the individual offices on your organization's office list, including hot desks. Locations are unlimited. The app won't save an office list larger than your plan allows.
3. Free trial
Every new organization starts with a 30-day free trial. You add a payment method when you sign up, and you're first charged when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't be charged at all.
4. Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically every month and are charged in advance until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Changing plans or cancelling
You can change plans, update your payment method, download invoices or cancel anytime at officeswap.co/account. When you cancel, there are no further charges, and your organization keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for.
6. Refunds
We don't give refunds for partial months, except where the law requires it. If you think you were charged by mistake, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, email us at [email protected] and we'll look into it.
7. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we'll try it again. If it still can't be collected, or your subscription ends, your organization's schedule is paused in the app until the subscription is renewed. Your data isn't deleted unless someone with the organization's master code deletes it.
8. Price changes
We may change prices for future billing periods. We'll email the subscriber at least 30 days before a change takes effect, so you can cancel first if you'd like.
